I will be honest with you: I created The Sound Alchemy Method because I could not find anything like it when I was looking. As a lifelong musician — someone who started playing piano at six, earned scholarships, competed, and trained alongside some of the finest young musicians in the country — I knew that musicality was the missing piece in almost every sound healing training I came across.
Beautiful sound is not accidental. It is composed.
And when it is composed with intention, it has the power to expand consciousness and alchemize emotion in ways that random bowl playing simply cannot.

Crystal Singing Bowl Practitioner Certification
Learn to facilitate beautiful, grounded crystal bowl sound baths with just a few instruments — and to weave crystal bowls into your existing wellness practice with harmony and intention.
Dear one, this is the training I poured my heart into building — the one I wished had existed when I was starting out. Level 1 gives you a strong, confident foundation in creating genuinely beautiful crystal bowl sound baths with just a few bowls. You do not need a wall of instruments to create something powerful — you need to understand how the instruments you have relate to each other musically, and how to use them with intention, emotion, and flow.
What you will learn:
✦Crystal bowl music theory — interval-based and accessible, no conservatory background needed
✦The basics of the science of sound and why it works on the nervous system
✦Sound bath frameworks and compositional flow — how to open, build, create peaks and valleys, and close with intention
✦How to integrate crystal bowls into yoga, therapy, bodywork, and other wellness offerings
✦An introduction to trauma-informed facilitation and holding space
By the end of the three months, you will be able to lead a 45–60 minute crystal bowl sound bath from start to finish with flow, confidence, and emotional intention — even with just 3–5 bowls.

Level 2 is about mastering the composition of multi-instrument sound baths and sound journeys — weaving more bowls with other sound meditation instruments into harmonically rich, entrancing experiences. The course also goes deeper into the art of inner journeying, the neuroscience of inner change, and the practice of holding compassionate space. Launching late 2027 as a group mentorship cohort.
The Way of Sound · Membership
Not a practitioner training, but perhaps the practice every practitioner needs — a weekly sound meditation membership designed as a year-long sacred return. Opens in 2027. If you feel called to maintain your own daily practice alongside your practitioner work, a waitlist will open closer to launch.
