Here's all you have to do, dear one, to allow yourself to "become peace," one breath at a time:

  1. Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down, with your back aligned comfortably. 
  2. Put some headphones on and play the “Become Peace” meditation track below at a medium to soft volume (allow your nervous system to be soothed by soft volume and the beautiful soundscape).
  3. Take 3 slow, deep inhales and even longer exhales to allow the parasympathetic nervous system to be activated.
  4. Gently close your eyes and as you continue the natural rhythm of your breath, envision the sounds flowing over you like waves of light, trickling down from head to toe.
  5. Imagine the sounds carrying away anything that feels heavy, tense, tight, or resistant.
  6. When you begin to feel your body shifting into relaxation, it is time to set your intention. Do this, by inviting the feeling of whatever you long for into every part of your body through the waves of light and sound.
  7. When the meditation is done, begin to wiggle your toes and fingers, and stretch out your body as you gently reawaken your body to this dimension!
